Common sense should tell you that if you have 700,000 (BBC Report Yesterday) old properties that no builders will work on it is time to relax the heritage laws concerning keeping old buildings original. I have seen some ridiculous parts kept. I mean why should, for example, a few three hundred year old pieces of wood beams prevent property being demolished to house people desperate for a home. It is only wood after all. At present many builders won’t touch such properties as the degree of unnecessary difficulty is beyond a joke. I agree with the law in some cases, but surely not at the expense of good quality housing. Did Christ not say something about adding new cloth to an old worn out garment offends it? Take his word for it. Cathedral excepted of course.

Party political democracy will never be a success for decent people anywhere. It empowers criminals, whose votes politicians need, and gives those criminals powers they should never have.
It has brought transgressors to the forefront of every society. It could do nothing else if their votes are needed. Law and order is Bible preached self discipline, which no longer exists in the average person.
For example: Would Gays or Lesbians be legal if politicians did not require their votes? No. Would it harm them to not be Gay? No.
Only a single compulsory Christian Church can bring about fair equality.
Let me build a proper religion, starting around Elgin Cathedral, Morayshire Scotland. Let democracy be done by the Church using God's laws as the guide.
