London Bridge Looks Great: Wikipedia Pages
There was a news item about London Bridge being in America now complete with drone film footage, and I have to say it looks the part. Perfect for it’s new purpose, and it has given me an idea.
They carefully dismantled it in London, cleaned all the stones, shipped it, and rebuilt it in America exactly as it was in London. Looks great. If a flood doesn’t get it, it will stand for centuries God willing. Do you know that Historic Scotland and it’s English, Welsh and Irish equivalents, which are all government departments, own and maintain most of the equivalent parts in ruins all over their regions that could be used to rebuild Elgin Cathedral and Christianity in the UK. A little bit from here, and a little bit from there carefully repurposed for the good of life on earth, and leaving the source ruin little impacted. Basic structure can be new materials, because they would be only fill ins. I should think buying and moving London bridge was cheaper than building new to that quality? P.S. If people are really serious about reinstating Christianity they should employ the help of departments such as historic building preservers. They take the history of Christianity in the UK very seriously I have always found.
