Give A Dog A Bad Name:
I don’t know who might try talking peace with Russia, but I do know why they probably won’t listen. I am house bound now, and watch a lot of films. Almost every one calls Russians bad. If people in Ukraine have taken to watching those films in the last few decades it is little wonder Russian speakers amongst them call them Nazis. Russians are bad mouthed in every book, every film, every tv drama, every stage play, every work of fiction and even in books of fact, including newspaper articles. Russians are not going to talk peace with anyone. The damage cannot be undone, because the works are still going to be out there. Nazis is an apt description really. Was there ever a valid reason to condemn Russia? If there has been it has escaped my attention over the years. Old Saying: ‘ If you give a dog a bad name you may as well hang it, but if you give a man a bad name he might do something worthy of being hung for,’ and if they’re armed with nukes , , , ?
