Archbishop Desmond Tutu (Arch):
“Born on October 7, 1931, in Klerksdorp, Transvaal, South Africa, he became the first Black Anglican Archbishop of both Cape Town and Johannesburg. During the 1980s, he played a role in drawing national and international attention to the inequities of apartheid.” From The Sun Newspaper. (Is South Africa the nation mentioned in the Bible? “The iniquity of that nation will be removed in one day.” I think Zimbabwe, for example, came before. Or was that a role reversal like blacks want to impose everywhere? ?? It is hardly removing iniquity though is it? There is so much more to iniquity. Apartheid is only one of a great many iniquities.
Anyway: The important fact is Desmond Tutu could not have been such an influence if he were not in a Church from birth. It was the power of his Church that delivered. The conflicts came from those of differing religions. Imagine if everyone were born into one Church, as will have to be under King Yeshua Christ. So ‘let’s get started, there’s a lot to do.”
